  • Type: Part-Time, Contract
    Location: Remote / Hybrid (Tennessee/Kentucky preferred but not required)

    Overview:
    Kairos Creative is looking for a sharp, purpose-driven Content Strategist to help shape the narratives behind the brands we serve. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who understands that storytelling is more than words: it’s structure, voice, empathy, and clarity. You’ll help clients uncover who they are, what they stand for, and how to say it in ways that resonate.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead brand discovery sessions to define client mission, messaging, and voice

    • Write and structure content strategy briefs, brand messaging guides, and content calendars

    • Collaborate with designers and clients to bring campaigns and digital content to life

    • Support writing/editing of landing pages, case studies, and social content where needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong writing skills with a clear, compelling voice

    • Understanding of brand positioning, tone, and message architecture

    • Someone who can think both strategically and creatively

    • Experience working with nonprofits, values-based brands, or small businesses is a plus

    Location: Tennessee/Kentucky preferred (travel may be required for shoots)

    Overview:
    Kairos Creative is seeking a versatile Visual Content Creator who can bring our client stories to life through powerful photography and video. This role is ideal for someone who sees storytelling in every frame: someone who can shoot, edit, and deliver story-forward content.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Capture brand-focused photo and video content across client campaigns

    • Produce short-form video content for social and digital platforms

    • Collaborate with strategy team on storyboards and visual direction

    • Light editing in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent tools

    • Deliver media in line with project timelines and brand standards

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong portfolio of brand, nonprofit, or campaign content

    • Ability to shoot both photo and video (and basic lighting skills)

    • Experience with social video (Reels, TikToks, etc.) is a major plus

    • Someone reliable, flexible, and deeply committed to purposeful work
